Please provide full detail and evidence: I put down 500 000 Blackjack chips on the hightables at casino and i got a 9 and a 5, which is 14 as she says. I then see that it says my hand is 19 which doesnt make any sense. I held because i had a high hand and didnt want to bust, then she gets a 19 and it says she won with a 19 and i lost with a 19 which should have been a push. I did not get any of my blackjack chips back as it was a bug of some sort.

You had a 14 if you got a 9 and a 5 , unfortunately sometimes the casino UI bugs out and displays a wrong value, you should always count it yourself based on what cards you recieve to make sure its accurate . Its a weird one, going to discuss with a few more people before deciding on the outcome of this one, just wanted to warn you about that bug with the UI

Alright @Isak Vladislav, it has been decided that you will recieve back the 500k (your bet) but not the winning as you would have lost with a 14 anyway. Now this casino UI bug is already known to us and we are still trying to fix it. In the meantime when playing black jack pay attention to the voice lines from the dealer and look at your cards too before trusting what the UI says. That being said this time you will recieve back the 500k but it might not happen again in the future, so now that you have been warned of this bug take steps in future games to not fall for it again.
