Please provide full detail and evidence: Was involved in a contest in which the prize for first was 500,000. despite winning I have not been paid any of the total I was entitled to. the host, a police officer, told me he had paid second place and would pay me asap. since the incidence I have tried to contact the officer and he told me again he would pay me however logged off before send any money to me. every time I enquire there is an excuse to keep me waiting before he logs off.
