Please provide full detail and evidence: Server randomly went down when i was getting revived , lost a lot of gear

Lost items and total value of compensation.: It happened around 13:22. What happened was i was being revived and the server went down. I lost my MXM black fully kitted with RCO , Bipod , silencer , lazer sight. This occurred at 8:19 in my video in which i have taken screen shits from. - http://prntscr.com/9a8gdv . I had also have 15 7.62 mags , 8 6.5 mags , a DMS + Kahilia scope ( the kahlia scope is a 80k in which you can get when you buy a MK 14 , it cost 80k to buy the gun and this is the only way to obtain the scope , so therefore in my opinion the scope cost 80k) link - This occurred at 2:17 in my video. - http://prntscr.com/9a8hre . Me dying at 3:26 - http://prntscr.com/9a8i80 . Lost also my clothing - 10k , and carry rig = 7500 .
Overall i belive i have lost 290k - This is because -
30 k in 7.62 mags , 3k in .6 6.5 mags , 10 k in 10 medic kits , a black MXM black 150k , silencer for it 80, bipod 15k . kahila scope 80 ( comes only with a 80k gun) , 17500 in clothing ,
