Compensation Request

The date when this happened: 03/04/22
Please provide full detail and evidence: I bought the daytona charger from a store about 1 month ago, when i went to the garage to upgrade it i found out most visuals/mods were broken.
I upgraded the engine to 4 and added turbo.
I did not play for a good few weeks and 2 days ago (04-03) i check the shop to add better brakes and to my suprise the car had more features now. so i went to grab my money out of the bank (96k +-)
When i upgraded my transmission to 4 (22k) and added a wing (2.2k+-) i tried to upgrade more and to my suprise i did not have enough money left.
I dont know how or where the money went, i did not have 0 money but i was left with 4-5k+-. maybe my previous purchases were bought again?
Please let me know if this is a known issue.
