Please provide full detail and evidence: I was driving and these ppl by the side of the road started to talk to me and I accidentally ran over a guy so I had to go out and say sorry while I had a guy in my car that jumped out at the same time and when I got out I just got randomly shot and then he drove of.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: I had an MX sw in my backpack and 3 mags and I hade a police vest. so around 90k for the gun and I don't really know how much the vest is because I have to sell it to someone but would want it back

The video that you have provided shows no evidence of you being in ownership of an MX, the only peek into your inventory that the video provides is shown below.
In addition to this, I have no reason to believe that you were not simply revived at a later stage by medics. Unless you have a video that disproves both of these theories then compensation will not be able to be issued.

I know but its ok if I don't get it and I know there was no evidence but just wanted to say

if u look in the logs u will see that the server restarted a couple of minutes after.
