Please Provide Full Details: Went Casino with 500k chips, put a 250k bet on the table and it started dealing to another seat, it let me choose what to do so i won that hand, placed a 500k bet on the table and it completly voided it then i tried place another bet and it voided that again. i do have more clips if more information is needed but this is the main buggy area.

For blackjack related compensations - as per our compensation guide:

A clear, unedited video of the entire hand playing out is required. This clip must involve placing the bet down (showing chips being removed from your inventory), the game playing out (with UI showing confirming your hand on screen), and the issue that has occurred. Not providing ALL of this will lead to your compensation request being declined.

I see the full issue for your second hand (where you lost 500k). However, for your first hand, we will require additional footage showing the whole hand being played out ("This clip must involve placing the bet down (showing chips being removed from your inventory)").

so you need the clip of the 250k bet i placed after the 500k bet failed? or the one before where it bugged

i started the betting in that clip with 750k, i bet 500k which bugged, then i bet 250k to see if it would work and that one ended up losing however i was just trying to see if it would let me play the previous hand of the 500k that broke

I've rewatched your initial video and can see you lost money due to a bug in the casino. Just for future reference, if something similar happens again after playing a hand, it would be best to leave the casino and relog.
