DI Wiisy scrapped my chopper without any proof. I was flying to an ATM and he claims to have seen me at the drug dealers. With out evidence or any provocation he scrapped my chopper. The worst part is he didn't even try to RP with me as he scrapped first then the server restart came. So he was doubly at fault. It was a poor show on his part and I would have had evidence if it weren't for the restart. Because of the restart I was not able to log my last gameplay replay and have video evidence. Attempts where made to contact the officer after the restart but he didn't answer. Talked to another inspector and that didn't work. They sent me to the station where no one could help me. In the end a SGT. Wolfey helped me with this onlilne forum. This officer claimed to see me buy drugs but had no evidence. There where no drugs on me or in my vehicle. My orca was unjustly scrapped by an over eager officer and I would like compensation. Thanks.

Note: Since making this request DI Wiisy has stated he did infact scrap my chopper with no drugs. Since he said he saw me though at the drug dealer 30min before though he is unwilling to admit any wrong doing. He has the video evidence apparantly which I am lacking. Good day, Guardian Cuban. Unfortunately there is no evidance on the lost goods you had and there is nothing we can do in this situation since it did not involve a server sided issue but a issue with a police officer. Normally if it involves a player that did something wrong you need to make a report a player and we would need to wait for the outcome on that. But from what I can read the Officer did not break any server rules. And only might have broken a police rule. Your best chances to get a compensation, is by waiting the outcome of the PCC and possibly get compensated by the police officer if he indeeed did something wrong. For the reasons stated above, this is going to be denied. Kind regards, Masis
