I agree, you have been charged twice for the tickets. 
It shows that you paid them all, you then immediately pressed the button again to pay without giving the server a chance to catch up with your requests.
I'd suggest next time, close the menu and re-open it before pressing the pay button twice to ensure you've not already been charged.
