Please provide full detail and evidence: Me and my mate killed a kid as he pulled a gun on us whilst we were trying to rob him. We took him to the dodgy doctor to try and get the gun of him and he refused treatment. The only reason im filling this form out is because he fail RP'd by saying the following phrase at 0:45 within the clip "if i refuse this defib then you'll get nothing out of this" which is clearly fail RP as he shouldn't mention the option of either refusing or accepting the defib and purposely denied it so we didnt get the gun off of him. from this compensation, we are hoping to receive the £50,000 back from the payment to the dodgy doctor aswell as the pistol which would have been ours if he didnt fail rp.

Firstly,
I'd like to start by saying - If you feel a player has broken a rule, please report them following the below link and follow the steps in it;

I'd advise always filing a report first before a compensation request.

Secondly,
as the player in the video you are attempting to rob for his items declares that he's not going to accept the defib, (even if he does - there's still a chance he can die/ respawn. Not to mention you cannot force another player to accept it) - you continued to use it on him at YOUR OWN RISK. I want to be very clear and state that this is your action which caused the loss here, not the downed player. NOR is there evidence provided that he pulled a gun on you while being held up by yourself and your friend.
