The date when this happened: 12/05/23
Please provide full detail and evidence: i took out 40k put 20k on the blackjack table and it didnt give me my money then i put another 20k down and it took my whole 40k which shouldve been 60k because i won the previous hand, as you see in the first clip i had 40k chips and put 20k down and it put the whole 40k on, and in the second clip you can see i put 20k down and it didnt give me my money, and you can see in the photo i took out 20k put 20k down and once i won i was still on 40k...
