Please provide full detail and evidence: Did a HM on S1, first time when getting in we all get massed kicked from the server. Then we come back again and when we've transferred the gold the server mass de-sync's resulting in our hemmits exploding, people dying inside the compound due to it de-syncing itno the compound and losing the gold.

Having reviewed the evidence I can see that there was indeed an element of desync involved in the trucks exploding. Unfortunately there is no way for me to prove that you would have successfully managed to escape the with gold and sell it, too many external variables involved, for example you were still embroiled in a gunfight with the police in the footage with police even making it inside the HM building itself. I'm also unable to see any gold in the video.

If you had been in the process of driving or selling it would have been almost certain you'd have secured this gold but there's no way to prove this. The explosion certainly caused some of your gang mates to die, they would likely be entitled to compensation but in this case the value of the gold will not be reimbursed.
