Hello,

You haven't provided any of your details correctly, your SteamID is not a SteamID and converting it doesn't match to a user that has ever been on the server. You have provided a session ID and not a character ID, and your in-game name is not "ggomes.1", as every character has a first and a last name.

Without being able to check any of your information, this compensation request would be denied regardless, however, we also don't compensate for user error and unfortunately timing out is a problem with your internet and not a server problem and as such, you will not be compensated for this event.
