Please provide full detail and evidence: I recently bought a maxed out Bentley Continental that was maxed out. However I returned one day and noticed the car wasn't hitting the speed that it was before. I then noticed in LS customs none of the previous upgrades were there.

@Charles VaneI wasn't expecting this so no screenshots of the car being fully upgraded. The only thing I have is mine and Jeff Shawshanks word for it. So I understand if this comp request gets rejected

 
Thanks @gfophowever logs have been checked for when you and Jeff owned the vehicle and we cannot see any logs of it being upgraded by you (until now, when you have re-done them) or Jeff. 

It may have been done previous Jeff owning however thats as far back as we have gone. Unfortunately this will have to be denied.
