The Server this happened on.: Server 2
Please provide full detail and evidence: So I see that the server had a new update after a meeting that I had about 10 mins previous so of course I wanted to check it out. I started off from getting my helicopter out of my garage and flying to the UNMC border just to see what will be affected once its in full swing but as I was checking what the fence was like the server yellow chained then red chained forcing me to go into "No message received" of course me being in a helicopter I fell to the floor blowing up my Orca and sadly... me.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: MX SW (Regular), Silencer, ACO + Carrier Rig the bottom one in the rebel shop.
I had a DMS in my backpack but wasn't able to get it on video so I'm not sure if I'm able to get it back.
