Please provide full detail and evidence: So me and a couple of friends had just processed weed and were driving down to Kavala to sell it. All of a sudden as I was entering Kavala Square a quilin does so weird move and ends up causing me to die. I tried to avoiding hitting him however he pulled in front of me to fast. I spoke to the guy in liaison he admits it was VDM however, doesn't have the money required to compensate me, therefore I am posting this. The player admitted to having intentions of robbing me therefore was going to follow me to my destination however, he didn't mean to cause a collision.

Denied - sorry but unless i have another member of staff in a report think it is vdm then it will be up to me, which looking at it seems like user error from staff point of view, even though you say things were said after, i can go off words. apologies.
