Please provide full detail and evidence: Well, my friend and I Harry were doing a weed run, escorted by a few of our gang members. We had just finished processing our weed when we both began to have connection issues. We then left the processor towards the Kavala drug dealer, until we began to desync a lot more, then the server went down and we both recieved the message 'you were kicked off the game'. Subsequently we lost all of the Marijuana in our hemmets in which we were going to sell at Kavala drug dealer. The video is from my friends point of view, however, the screenshots are mine. his happened at 17:10

Lost items and total value of compensation.: 200 processed Marijuana (along with the perks and going to be sold at Kavala drug dealer) In total this would sell at Kavala drug dealer with 5 cops online with the perk for £1125000.

The evidence provided does not show that all players connected to the server were kicked. How do I know that somebody else didn't steal the trucks for themselves and sell the narcotics?

Here is a video that my friend who was also doing the weed run recorded after we were kicked. He checks the server list and only still 43 players online, this has obviously dropped since we was kicked as server 2 is already up. He refreshed a few times and the player count drops further to 9 players, this proves that it was in fact a mass kick. Searching the server logs could also show that a large amount of players we kicked at the same time, showing that it was a mass kick.

A Mass kick doesn't mean that all players lose connection. There is still a possibility that someone on the server was able to recover your vehicle. Unless you can show me the server going offline, I cannot issue any compensation

Is there anyway that you or one of the staff team could check the logs of the server? That would show the amount of players kicked and if the server went down completely.

this proves that it was in fact a mass kick. 

 

Exactly, a mass kick does not mean that the server goes down or that all players are indeed kicked. There is still a chance that somebody was able to get to your vehicle and steal it.
