Please provide full detail and evidence: I purchased my rebel licence for 500k about 10mins before server 2 shutdown, My data was synced and then the server shut, when I re logged ( on server 1) My money was gone but I had no rebel licence ( in the Y menu) I then went back to the rebel outpost to confirm it was gone, and it required me to rebuy the licence. I went onto the teamspeak and spoke to one of your admins, who said that there was nothing he could do and suggested I write a compensation request, Which I have now done. I have also checked my stats on your website and you can see my money go up to 747,487 ( completing a diamond run ) and then drop substantially which is me purchasing the licence ( this was close to midnight so the date of these purchases would be the 22/03/2017) I hope this is enough information, But unfortunately I don't have any photos or videos as evidence, one of my friends 1TzD34DB34R (in-game name: Luke) can also vouch for my purchase of the licence and my loss of money. Please get back to me ASAP and let me know if there is anything you need me to provide.

@fassam9 The evidence to which I need to proof that you did purchase the rebel licence. Your stat's page doesn't prove anything, all it does is shows your money increasing rather than the opposite. 

Please let me know if you have any evidence of the purchase or not.

I don't have anything, I didn't buy rebel and think about screenshotting it. I just carried on playing, This isn't really something I expected to happen. I bought the licence close to midnight on the 22nd. Which is when my money was the highest. When the date changed to the 23rd you can see that money has gone down to 216,987. I don't know what evidence you expect me to have, I'm not a steamer/you tuber, I'm just a player who has lost out because of your server. Surely your logs show more than my stat page, I don't really want to lose out on 500k and all of the time taken to get that money.

Edit: You can also see that my player cash, on the 22nd at one point is exactly 500k, which is me getting the money out for the licence.

Unfortunately, as Madmatt has said the evidence you have provided to us is not sufficient enough to provide us with information that you purchased the rebel license. Because of this sadly, I am going to have to deny your compensation request.
