Please provide full detail and evidence: I was minding my own business driving around. I had just swapped my wanted vehicle for a crashed SUV we found by the road. After we took it we were met with a few people breaking NLR to lock us in. When we tried explaining them they broke rules they started breaking rp aswell, so we decided we would get them in restraints to talk with them, shortly after trying to make them put their hands up, we were rdm'ed by a random guy.
