Please provide full detail and evidence: I was on my way to process a full load of diamonds with my Tempest device and server #3 was shut down with no warning. I went back on to server #1 and it was no longer available in my garage. I would like to get compensated for the truck and the 150k for the diamonds. The link shows that I no longer have the truck in my garage. I don't screenshot everything I do so I don't have one of me mining before the server was shut down. There were a lot of ppl effected by this that can attest to a lot of us losing things.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: I lost a Tempest machine that was 225k to purchase. I lost a truck full of diamonds that was worth about 150k. Also, when trying to view your "Compensation Request Terms" I got error code "Error code: 2F173/1" on your website so I don't know what those terms are. Your site didn't like my steam ID, it is STEAM_0:0:9471550.
