In-game Name: Enzo Ravi

The date when this happened: 04/21/22
Please provide full detail and evidence: I witnessed a shootout happen between two gangs. After the shootout, what seemed like it had calmed down, before police arrived and the offenders had left, I decided that it's safe to go down and see if I can help any of the injured.
I managed to pick up one of the people from the ground(ID 10) and put them in my car. After that, I entered my car and had no control over it whatsoever. You can't unfortunately hear my voice in the recording(due to crappy screen recording software) but at this point I was saying to the person in my car that I the car is unresponsive, to which he replied with "try to turn it on". I attempted turning it on and was welcomed with a "requesting vehicle network control"(seen on the bottom right hand corner) and had no control over the car whatsoever. Eventually police turned up so I hid my firearm(vintage pistol) and ammo(30 pistol bullets) in the vehicle glovebox, as at this point there was no way of escaping the situation.
I was arrested and my car got searched by the police and they took my firearm with ammo from the glovebox and let me go. I genuinely believe we(me and ID:10) would have gotten away as it was plenty of time from the point I jumped in the drivers seat, and when police blocked me in (at which there would be no way of escaping) and I was unable to do anything, simply because of a "network issue". The person in the car with me(ID:10) had a heavy pistol with 90 bullets taken off of him as well.
Unfortunately we have no video evidence of this(possibly logs could show this, but i understand the rules of making these requests and that video footage is required, so I understand if those items can't be reimbursed), but the items taken from me are clearly seen in the video.
