Date this happened: 11/03/2016
The Server this happened on.: Server 1
Please provide full detail and evidence: So when you log into the server minutes before the restart your gear, money, licenses and Exp will dissapear. Azamai who works for your support confirmed this for me and you can ask him about it. I was trying to fix my mic and had to leave at a point to see if it worked (which it did) I have video proof of this event and these are the important timestamps: 6:20 you can see the gear i had in my inventory. 11:10 you can see all my licenses, monies and experience points. 11:30 is when i first leave the server and try to fix some settings (i got 2 screens). 16:10 is when i get back into the server with nothing on me. For some reason the game audio, skype audio didn't get recorded. I used shadowplay for this recording.
Link to any evidence:

Right i have spoken to the lord and saviour himself (TBJ) and he will need to fix this due to your player being bugged. Please be patient while he gets round to doing this. If you haven't heard anything within 48 hours please message me VIA The forums. Thank you!

All done - Sorry for the inconvenience. I was able to confirm everything you said via the logfile for that session - indeed it was the case that your login at 03:58 (2 mins before the end of a session, during which time the server commands everyone to 'save your gear' - even without realising that at that point, you hadn't fully loaded it up yet, which causes it to get written back in a kind of semi-default, broken condition!

The bug has been fixed, but hasn't yet been rolled out to the server. It will go in the next update.

Meantime you're safe to carry on (but until you've seen another update go on to the server, I would advise NOT logging in within the last five minutes of a session - just in case!)
