Please provide full detail and evidence: I was picking some stuff from my gang's base when I got downed, then I discovered that this happened to everyone on the server probably because of a hacker's attack.

I'd like to say that even if you don't approve refunds under 100k with more than a million, I think that in this case, because of a hacker most of the people lost their stuff and it would be nice to show some help, thanks for your understanding.
