Please provide full detail and evidence: I used the sky diving at Kavala, the parachute would not open after me trying to use it multiple times, When I landed I died. As I was bleeding out the server restarted causing me to loose all of my gear. (8PM restart)

Do you have a video to show what happened when you were skydiving?

No but someone else had the same problem so it might be something to do with the sky diving or trying to open the parachute at a certain height.

If you don't have video evidence @Drifteer then there is no way to determine the cause of you losing your stuff. Sadly, because of this I will have to refuse this compensation due to lack of evidence.
