Please provide full detail and evidence: Everyone on the server was demolished by yet another script-kiddie, me included. Shortly after the death, server 1 went offline.

Hi @Drex,

I'm inviting you to come to Join for Support so that a level 4 admin can attempt to restore your full gear. 

Take in mind that this will override the current gear that you have. If you have bought gear since then that you don't want too lose feel free to reply to this topic telling me that you bought new gear and would wish to proceed in the normal way. 

Also for the virtual items you will receive compensation as normal. So please give your answer on which way you want to go (gear-comp or normal compensation). And after that I will continue with the rest of the compensation request. 

 
Thanks for your reply, @KingGodDiabloZ - if possible I'd like to receive the compensation in funds rather than restoration of items as I have bought new gear.

Hi @Drex,

Any chance you could upload a short video of you opening your y-inventory so I can see what items you had in your y-inventory so I can compensate for these?

Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
