Please provide full detail and evidence: From an SAF Cargo drop I was lucky enough to find a MAR-10 (sand) and two 7.62 suppressor (tan), I went to the auction house and put the MAR-10 up for £3,800,000. @Surgay informed me that he had bought it, yet I have received no money. The MAR-10 is no longer on the auction house and whilst writing this I still lack the 3.8 million.
Seeing as £3,800,000 has been paid by Surgay I'd like to request the full £3,800,000 in compensation.

I hope that throughout the logs between 13:00 and 20:00 GMT will have the information required to make this request come through.
(Surgay estimates the time to be between 6pm and 8pm when he bought it)

I have proof of me placing the weapon for sale, if absolutely necessary and as a last resort, I do have a recording of my entire "gaming session" throughout the whole day (roughly 10 hours). Uploading this though would take days.

I'll be reviewing this compensation request for you and currently I'm reviewing all the provided evidence and doing a check myself. 

@Surgay Since you're the person allegedly buying the weapon is there any chance that you have some evidence about you buying this item? A video or a screenshot showing you in the possession of this item and buying it from the auction house? 

@Drex Just to make it a bit easier for us could you maybe provide 2 short clips of you placing the item and of you seeing that the item is no longer for sale?

 
im not gunna be on till tomorrow which kinda sucks but if its needed urgently I suppose you could check to see that I spent the stated amount of money and look in my house if possible?

Take your time. If you can upload the footage sometime tomorrow then it's completely fine! I already checked your money graph and saw that a simular amount has indeed been taken from your bank account however this could also be because of you buying vehicles or giving money to people. I simply don't know and that's why I was hoping to get some video from you so it makes it a bit easier to deal with this request!

Thanks @Surgay and @Drex for providing the evidence below. @sciencefreak74 is currently looking into the issue seeing if he finds out why this happened and how this happened. I will be awaiting his investigation before I conclude this compensation request. Please be patient since it might take a few days for him to investigate. 

 
Hi @Drex,

I have received confirmation from a developer that this is indeed a bug. This problem has been fixed pending next update. Thank you for being patient. Due to this being confirmed as a bug I will be able to compensate you the full amount of what you should've gained from the auction house.

Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
