Please provide full detail and evidence: We were told that there was a man out in the water that was doing something very illegal. We jumped in a boat and proceeded to his location, drove over to him and then starter following him, we overtook him and stopped in front of him. He clearly has time to stop or even turn now, but instead he rams into us with his boat killing all of us.
