Please provide full detail and evidence: We had just finished a hostage operation and were just collecting our ransom payment - 8 rooks (1 each) and 40 magazines. After I have collected my rook, I run towards the back of the building, looking for my helicopter. I fall down the elevator shaft and I'm then suspended in the air for round about a second and then I just die. I believe that if I had not been 'suspended in the air' I would not have died from the fall. I spoke to member support and the advice I was given was to put the comp request up and go from there.
