Please provide full detail and evidence: 120K lost to los santos customs. I was applying mods to my car that I had already previously bought (maybe 5 days ago) to make sure it was not stock but after applying all these performance mods I realised I had lost about 120k. Not sure where this went and I can't really explain it other than a bug in fiveM causing you to pay for the mods indefinitely even if you own them. I have no evidence for this other than my logs that staff members may be able to see (not even sure if they exist).

Unfortunetly according to our logs it appears that you have payed twice for your upgrades, however as we cannot see how the upgrades were taken off, it would be likely that this was done by a player. Anyone that has access to the keys of that vehicle could have easily taken it and removed its modifications. For that reason this compensation has been denied.
