Please provide full detail and evidence: I bought a car from a dealership about 2 hours ago, modded it a bit and painted it. i then parked the car and left the city, ive just cam eback and my vehicle has no upgraded and is hno longer painted, i also cannot lock my car for some reason. can give an in game phone number and the dealership if required for evidence
