The date when this happened: 06/23/23
Please provide full detail and evidence: I was driving around in my taxi when the game glitched and I fell through the map and I died, the NHS couldn't get to me as I was under the map and I lost around £15,000 worth of stuff in my inventory which for me is quite a lot. Unfortunately I don't have any evidence but you might be able to check NHS calls and see my location where I died and I'm sure paramedics probably responded to the call and couldn't find me.
