Please provide full detail and evidence: I had started bleeding out before the restart around 11:55 Gmt on the date 13/05/2017 and if it wasnt for the restart i could of been revived by a medic in time i belive, es it was a restart but it was unfair that there wasnt enough time to save me for it.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: STRG Stealth Uniform- 7500
MXM 6.5mm - 105000 (Flashlight, DMS Scope) (cant provide evidence for mags so dosent matter)
Body Armour (The last purchasable one in the black market, cant remember name or price)

i dont have a video, i have multiple witnesses and the photos show the times.

I thought already if i saw your screen shot, therefore this was a normal server restart that happens, 
Every 4 hrs  00.00-04.00-08.00-12.00-16.00-20.00 
Also i highly recommend to set-up a recording system to record your game play if you need it at some point. 
As this evidence you show today is also not enough for us to exactly know what happened.
So because this was a normal server restart i unfortunately gonna have to DENIED this compensation.
