Please provide full detail and evidence: I was stopped by the police (normal traffic stop), just talking to them when a guy ran over a cop then driving a way and about 1 min later he came back and smashed straight into the cars blowing mine up with my mxm in it. And sorry for the instense breating.... was way to close to my mic.                                                         (The driver's name is Nico33 if needed)

Keep in mind for next time that we normally when submitting compensation requests due to a rulebreak such as this incident where you would have to report Nico33 for VDM aswell as putting up the compensation request in order for it to be processed, in this case I'll let it slip. 

Compensation Accepted for: 164.000 due to half price sale. 
Aswell as a ban being issued on Nico for VDM.
