Please Provide Full Details: After the bin balance changes people have been having issues getting their money.

In this video you can notice that after I've attempted to claim the payout it notifies me that one crew member is too far away (he's the one on the bike at the entrance), so he drove closer. upon another attempt, you can see that it says "cancel route" but at the top we have collected 23/23 bins. only option is to cancel the route. I assume this is the issue everyone has been encountering.
