Was simply driving around in Kavala in my Tempest device when i just exploded for no reason. Chat said: "Mr. Snuggles was killed". I thought this was just a one time happening, so i didn't think more about it. Later, the exact same thing happened in my Hemtt box. Driving around, not hitting anything, no warning, just an explosion.
