Please provide full detail and evidence: I had just robbed a cop and was waiting for a friend to pick me up, I used my caps muscle to try and take my clothes off but instead accidentally started bagging my Glock, I couldn't cancel this and as u see in the clip, I try my best to stop the bagging process. After the Glock is bagged, I open up the evidence bag to retrieve my Glock and its broken. I never wanted to bag the Glock in the first place nor did I think it is fair that I received a jammed glock.

The choice to bag the weapon may have been accidental, but this falls under user error. It appears you rushed the process of using the CAPS Menu, which resulted in the accidental bagging of the glock. 

As this would fall under user error, I will be declining this comp today.
