Please provide full detail and evidence: went on to the table with 1.500.000, first bet i placed down cost me 1 million chips, even tho it was only a 500k bet then lost the second bet after a long delay., then the last bet i went to stand on a 17 and it just made me stand up from the table... all can be seen in the video below

Good evening @DavieBoy,

Looking into your compensation request with another staff member I notice that although you are charged 1,000,000 for your first bet whilst only intending to use 500,000 you did still lose that bet fairly.

I can see during the second bet, whilst attempting to stand on your cards it is glitching at the bottom hence kicking you off of the table without you having a choice.

Due to the fact you lost the first bet fairly, you are only entitled to some of the chips back on this occasion.

I will be compensating you the following today: + 1,000,000 BlackJack Chips
