Please provide full detail and evidence: Ok so i stole a HEMTT Covered and i was trying to steal it in the scrap yard but i could not scrap or sell it it never showed up in the menu. I will link video evidence I just wanted the truck now its not working i also have the skill to steal

Unfortunately the Covered HEMTT Truck is unable to be scrapped at the scrap yard, this is not an error/glitch.

We welcome you to add a suggestion in the appropriate area on the forums for it to be able to be scrapped.
