Please provide full detail and evidence: So a few days ago I made a similar compensation request to this one regarding an unusual card that popped up when playing blackjack at the casino. Mentioning something along the lines of Request staff help and stop peeking. As a result of this I had no idea what card I had been given and didn't know whether the hand it said I had was actually the true hand that I had as sometimes it can glitch and say the hand was 38, 46 or 52 for example. As a result of this I tried to just leave it and clip it to try and get compensation like I did last time. I believe that this lead to me being at a major disadvantage and put me in a lose - lose situation. The first time it happened I wasn't bothered about the 10,000 chips however this time I bet 50,000 and it's just frustrating that it has happened again and stopped me from making my money that I work hard to make.
I would also like to mention that I haven't been able to claim my compensation from last time, I followed the steps from the forums and also went to the town hall but couldn't claim compensation anywhere.
