Please provide full detail and evidence: Was casually gambling in casino when all of a sudden I was handed two 2's and a card that I believe read "I see you peeking if you see this contact staff" to which I then tried reaching out to a staff member through OOC chat however while doing this the bet just moved on and made me stand on what I had. I had two 2's and this strange card which made it up to 11 I didn't want to continue betting as I didn't know what was going to happen next... I am not making this request because I care so much about 10,000 chips but more because I was confused by this situation and would like to kno what had happened and if it can be avoided in the future.

Hello @D DOG

The card which was dealt to you was in fact a visual bug. This card was implemented a while ago, with good reason. However, since then it shouldn't be showing. On rare occasions, people do come across it and come to a stand still, like you have here.

I cannot blame you for not betting any further, as you did follow what the card said, and attempted to contact staff regarding the card. Moments later, the dealer continued without you choosing an option, to which you lost. In future, if this does happen, I would follow the UI Screen

Having said the above, I do believe this 'visual bug' did put you at a disadvantage and did in fact decrease your chances of winning, by quite a bit. Therefore, I am going to compensate you for the 10,000 Blackjack Chips you lost during this incident.
