Please provide full detail and evidence: Was driving around the south end of Alta Street when the road glitched and I started falling through the map. Usually this will end up in me being re-teleported to surface but this time the car landed underwater, under the map. No staff member was available at the time, as I tried requesting help through OOC chat and a Discord ticket(#5836) ; waited for the full bleed-out timer. Value is estimate as prices can be fluctuating from store to store. Total items lost :

Please could you provide a video of the incident occurring, as from the screenshot a multitude of things could have happened for you to have ended up in the water.

Unfortunately I didn't have OBS or Medal on at the time, as I wasn't expecting this to happen; if you look closely in three of the pictures you can see the "surface level" with the buildings and cars going about, and my character is way below render level, so impossible to have been disposed of if that's what you're saying. If possible to check logs, you may be able to see there was no gunfight/ziptying/carjacking prior to this incident occuring. Not sure how else I would prove it, but this is nothing but the truth.

Hello there and thank you for replying to us.

Unfortunately, without any concrete evidence there is nothing that we can do.

Like George stated, a lot of things could have happened for you to have ended up in the water.

I'm sure you can understand that although you might be genuine and you have infact lost items legitimately other people abuse the fact that we once trusted people and as such we have a strict evidence policy.

Please keep in mind for future reference to have some sort of recording software so you can supply sufficient evidence.
