If it helps I was actually wittniss to this one,The guy was ramming people with cars,That was his 3rd one or so,hed just stand by the garage and hop in the first car pulled out and ram the next car he seen.

@CoolSo you did not speak to the player and advise him? I understand not wanting to report the player, personally I do / did not like reporting players myself. However since you did not speak / report the player we can not assist you with compensation. Sorry for your losses but refused.
