Hope you're well. 

If you can try jumping on the server and checking if your items are back now. 
If you haven't interacted with your inventory/storage it should be fine and back in your cars/house/containers. 

If it's not can you please provide more detail? 

If you had ammo in cars what is the plate for the cars? 
If it was in your house what storage or safe number was the ammo kept in?
