The date when this happened: 03/28/22
Please provide full detail and evidence: I got hit by npc car, nhs came took me to pillbox as we got in the lift i glitched through the floor, was advised to relog so i did and ended up under the map on the train tracks, asked nhs to come get me they said they had completed all dispatches. and i bled out, i didnt think i would bleed out so i didnt record when i glitched.
