Please provide full detail and evidence: Hello, I was playing last night and lost the money on 2 trade passes as i could not see anywhere to farm after buying it and when i went to a point to farm nothing was there either.I logged out to see if it needed a restart and bought another and still did not work. Could i get the money back for the 2 passes please or if you could inform me if i did something wrong as i have never had problems before. Thanks.

Hello, @Cero I believe the trade pass has functioned correctly but I have spoken with poseidon and they reckon that the weed field was shutdown near the same time you submitted a compensation request. Through the implemented game mechanics the poseidon drug locations can be shut down by the altis police service and during this period the said locations are rendered unusable. However, the locations can still appear on the map for those who have bought a trade pass which can be seen in the screenshots you have provided. Although these should disappear it is sometimes that they will not do so until the next server restart, when the drug field entity completely resets. As I believe the game has functioned correctly and this was more of a mistake on your part due to poor knowledge of how the cartel drug locations work I will therefore be denying your compensation request. For future reference please check with the cartel in order to ensure they have no service disruptions. I would also recommend that you download an ingame screen recorder such as plays TV for incase there are any problems where you may need to use the compensation requests section again.
