Please provide full detail and evidence: We were having a fight with vagos and once we had downed a few we took them to them to the great ocean highway dodgy doctor where someone using hacks had followed us to. He started shooting even though we had guns pointing at him and he would not take any damage until he had been out of the car for a few seconds. This then attracted the police who followed the helicopter we were in to sandy shores dodgy doctor and then to grapeseed airfield where the police shot the helicopter down and arrested me. Basically if the guy didn't hack and shoot us the police wouldn't have caught on to our location and would not of been able to follow the helicopter and arrest me.

Put the evidence here as well just because It wouldn't let me put in multiple URL's. None of these are my clips but I am in the passenger seat of the Helicopter. My session ID was 274 I believe.

Hello @Cameron McDonald - hope you're well.

Sorry for this request taking so long to be reviewed, but better late then never!

Going through what you've provided me in terms of evidence:

Clips 1 and 2 - Show the hacker in question turning up to a dodgy doctor location, where yourself and others were at the time - and opening fire. Unfortunately due to this person using cheats - they're able to cause quite a scene. The police turn up in the closing few moments.

Clip 3 - Shows yourself (in the passenger seat of the helicopter as you described) being approached by police as they attempt to detain you. The pilot of the helicopter flies away, resulting in the police shooting the helicopter down. This incapacitates both of you.

From what you've provided me in terms of evidence above - I'm afraid it cannot be established beyond a reasonable doubt that you lost your revolver + ammunition as a DIRECT result of this hacker. What can be established is that you appear to have been incapacitated by the police as a potentially indirect result of a situation caused by a hacker.

In the first two clips - yes the police show up at the end, however it cannot be proven that they turned up as a result of the gunfire dispatches - caused by said hacker. They may have turned up as it is a known criminal spot (dodgy doctor), or they may have been tailing your large convoy for a while.

In the third clip - an unknown amount of time has passed since the events of the first two clips. This clip also does not show yourself being arrested by the police and having your revolver seized. Only yourself and the pilot being incapacitated.
