Please provide full detail and evidence: me and 2 others was out when we saw 229 and was deciding to rob them or not after following them they came up to us and asked nick duncan to put his hands up to then shoot him and kill him. In nicks report the clip doesn't show anymore but me and the other person we was with got shot and killed by gekz and then took to a dogey and was robbed. the link to nicks report is here to show the pov of gekz breaking rules

Good evening @Brownie, I hope all is well. 

I'm a little bit confused regarding this compensation request. 

- The footage you have provided doesn't show much at all, you have only provided me with a 32 second clip which shows a player being revived and robbed at gunpoint. 

me and the other person we was with got shot and killed by gekz and then took to a dogey and was robbed.

- You've stated you were killed by Geks & taken to a dodgy however, you wasn't downed by Geks during this situation. 

If you could provide me some more information and clear this up, that would be brilliant.

hey danoo, so yeah i linked nick duncans report to gekz, i was with nick and someone else and when nick died gekz also sprayed me with the uzi i can try to get a clip of me dying if you would like and the clip of me getting dogeyd was that situation where they killed us. I was just seeing i could get comp becuase we lost guns from gekzs rule break. hope this clears things up.

Thank you very much for the response.

The only thing of concern now is, Nick's report which you have linked only shows him being killed.
In both lots of evidence you have provided me in this compensation request, there is nothing at all showing you being a victim of a rule break and therefore liable for a compensation.

As above, the rule break that took place was against a completely different player, and the player who broke it wasnt even the person that downed you.

Due to lack of evidence, I will be declining this request.
