Please provide full detail and evidence: Hello i talked with support on teamspeak and they told me to fullfill a compensation request.
So basically i used to play on your server a lot but because of IRL stuff i was going on and off... Yesterday i came back and i realized everything has changed for the best
I had a Riffle that disappeared, a special carbine riffle and also i have a workbench, they told me you guys compensated people that had workbenchs when changes happenned but i wasn't around, is there any way i can get the riffle back or maybe the money i spent on it and the compensation for the workbench?

I'm going to proceed with this compensation request with the Firearm and the Workbench individually so there is no confusion.

- Special Carbine Rifle
Unfortunately we are unable to verify claims relating to possession of a Special Carbine Rifle therefore we are unable to action this compensation in any way leaning toward the return of the weapon or money back based on the purchase of the weapon.

-  Workbench
In regard to the work bench, it has been disclosed to me that the initial intention of returning peoples money based on their purchase of the workbench was to be made automatic that way all those who purchased it from X date to Y date would be compensated all in one go and would save our team of developers time in trying to go through everyone who purchased it. This quite clearly has yet to be completed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

This is however something I was last made aware that was planned however might take a bit of time. Because of the aforementioned reason we are unable to action this compensation. 

- Conclusion
To conclude, unfortunately both cases you have submitted for compensation today I am unable to action for the above mentioned reasons.
