4. Please provide full detail and evidence: I spoke about this in TS with someone and they told me to keep it short so I will do that. Me and my friend (brandon) were messing around, long story short he robbed a little over 10M from me and it insta kicked + banned him from the server. We came back to play and he was no longer banned, but the money is not on his account. Hopefully we can get compensated for this, Thanks for your time.

I am going to decline this request as I believe it falls under user error in the compensation request guidelines. In future do not joke around with such a large amount of money and you will avoid this happening to you.
