5. Please provide full detail and evidence: I was on my way to the high grade weed field so i could get alot of money but this glitch happend which ultemetly led to my death and its a common glitch between my freinds and i which ruins the game

No - Not a glitch at all.  That's either a macro that you've got running to spam the windows key or something is broken with your hardware or keybinds.  

Frankly, I believe you've done this on purpose to just try and avoid RP and then claim comp after.
