Please provide full detail and evidence: erm just bought a r1 and went to change the looks of it and some weird bug happened where the liveries didnt change even though i bought it.
i tried livery 0 twice to which nothing happened then i tried to purchase another livery to see if it would change on that one to which it didn't ive managed to get it to work now but i lost like 66k in the process

The livery is on your bike, the reason you can't see it is due to the fact the primary colour of your bike is hiding the livery. Should you change the colour to a classic/matte black (For example), you'd be able to see the livery you purchased. This also explains how you could see it the first time you were in LS Customs, as the primary colour was black you could see the livery however when you exited LS Customs without purchasing the respray, it reverted the bikes colour to was before which hides the livery. When you later purchase the livery in hopes of it showing, it was applied to your bike however again, remains hidden. 

This has been tested, determined user error and user error is not something we compensate for. If you wish to reveal the livery you purchased, change the primary colour to a classic/matte and it'll reveal it. To avoid this issue in future, don't purchase options you can't see in LS Customs and if it's an issue with a livery such as this instance, change the primary colour and see if it appears.

Unfortunately due to this reason, your compensation request will be DENIED.
